Materials Distribution

2 minutes

  • Hand out balloons, flour or rice, funnels, and spoons to each student.
  • Ensure each student has access to markers for decorating.

Step 3

Stress Ball Creation

10 minutes

  • Demonstrate how to use the funnel to fill a balloon with flour or rice.
  • Guide students as they fill their balloons, ensuring they don't overfill.
  • Once filled, tie the balloon securely.
  • Allow students to decorate their stress balls with markers.
