Lesson Plan

Impulse Control Plan

Students will learn and practice the Stop-Think-Go framework to pause before acting, apply it in role-play scenarios, and reflect on their choices using a Decision Diary.

Developing impulse control helps 4th graders regulate emotions, make thoughtful decisions, and reduce classroom disruptions by embedding self-management skills in everyday situations.
