Lesson Plan

Stop Think Act Lesson Plan

Students will learn to pause before reacting by applying the “Stop, Think, Act” model, practice it in real-life scenarios, and reinforce self-control through discussion, role-play, a worksheet, and a game.

Self-control helps students manage impulses, make thoughtful decisions, and build positive relationships. Teaching this skill early fosters emotional regulation and better classroom behavior.
