Lesson Plan

Serve and Cope Lesson Plan Week 2, Day 3

Students will identify physical and emotional stress signals during volleyball play and practice three coping strategies, learning when to request a break to regulate emotions effectively.

Emotional regulation skills help students manage stress and frustration in academic and social settings, improving focus, self-awareness, and peer interactions. Using volleyball makes the lesson engaging and relevant to students’ interests.
