In this activity, you will create your own personal hygiene checklist. This is a fun way to identify and build healthy habits that are important for your wellbeing. Follow the steps below to complete the activity.

Instructions

  1. Brainstorm and List:

    Write down all the hygiene practices you currently follow every day. Think about areas like handwashing, dental care, bathing, skincare, and other routines that are important to you.


  2. Use the Template:

    Below is a simple checklist template. Copy it onto your paper or digital document and fill out the checkboxes next to each practice:

    • Wash hands with soap and water
    • Brush teeth twice a day
    • Bathe or shower
    • Use deodorant
    • Maintain skincare routine (wash face, moisturize, etc.)
