Students will define what it means to feel safe and to belong, identify their personal needs for safety and belonging through a video reflection, and co‐create a classroom Safety Squad Charter that honors these insights.

By articulating safety and belonging needs, students build shared understanding and empathy, laying the groundwork for a respectful, inclusive classroom community.
