Resume Writing 101

Understand resume components

This lesson introduces 8th-grade students to the basics of resume writing. Students will learn about the essential components of a resume, such as contact information, education, skills, and experience. They will also understand the purpose of each section and begin drafting their own simple resumes. This lesson is important as it equips students with foundational skills for future job applications and helps them understand how to present their achievements and skills effectively.
