Students will be introduced to the Zones of Regulation framework, learn to identify and label their emotions by color, and practice matching feelings to Zones.

Understanding and naming emotions is the first step toward self-regulation. This lesson builds students’ emotional awareness to help them manage behavior and stress throughout the school day.
