Reflective Goal Setting Workshop

Set personal, academic, and wellness goals

In this lesson, students will engage in reflective goal setting to identify and articulate personal, academic, and wellness goals for the remainder of the semester. This lesson is important as it encourages self-reflection, personal responsibility, and growth, helping students to focus on their priorities and develop a plan for achieving their objectives.
