Respect Rally Roadmap

Students will define respect through discussion and creative expression, then co-create a Classroom Charter outlining norms for a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Building a shared understanding of respect empowers students to take ownership of their behavior, fosters a positive classroom climate, and reduces conflict by establishing clear, student-generated norms.
