Ready, Set, Middle School! Lesson Plan

Students will explore the transition to middle school through a guided maze activity that highlights new routines and challenges; they will identify at least three strategies to navigate common experiences, building confidence before the school year.

This lesson helps self-contained students become familiar with middle school expectations in a fun, low-pressure way, reducing anxiety and promoting self-efficacy as they develop plans for success.
