Build a trusting one-on-one connection with a 5th grader through interactive questions, creative drawing, and shared storytelling to uncover their interests and strengths.

Strong teacher–student rapport creates emotional safety, boosts engagement, and informs personalized support. This individual session helps the teacher learn about the student’s likes, strengths, and communication style.
