Guide the student through self-reflection, boundary-setting, and SMART goal creation to rebuild self-esteem, improve academics, and move toward her esthetician aspirations.

This session empowers her to understand past choices, establish healthy relationship boundaries, boost academic performance, and visualize a positive career path, fostering confidence and lasting change.
