Our Classroom Creed Lesson Plan

Students will collaboratively identify shared values, brainstorm classroom norms, and co-create a concise Classroom Creed. They will also commit to participating by using a rubric to pledge to uphold these norms.

Co-creating norms builds student ownership, mutual respect, and a positive community. It ensures every voice is heard and lays a democratic foundation for a supportive 4th-grade classroom culture.
