Lesson Plan

Need a Break? Lesson Plan

Students will identify feelings of frustration, learn bilingual emotional regulation strategies, and practice asking for a break in English and Spanish.

Helping students recognize and manage frustration builds self-regulation, reduces classroom disruptions, and fosters a supportive community—especially after returning from summer break.
