Toolkit Creation Plan

Students will practice belly breathing and counting to four to manage strong feelings, then create and personalize a calm-down kit to support emotional regulation.

Early self-management skills help Pre-K children recognize and regulate emotions. Hands-on practice and a take-home kit foster mindfulness and responsibility for feelings.
