Reflecting on Boundaries

Imagine a time this week when you felt your personal space or feelings were respected by someone, or maybe a time when you felt like your personal boundaries were not taken into account. Think about what happened, how you felt, and why it was important to have your boundaries respected.

1. What situation made you feel your boundaries were respected or challenged?

2. How did you respond in that situation, and what did you learn from the experience?

3. How do you think using respectful words and setting boundaries can help you feel good about yourself and your interactions with others?

4. Describe a time when you had to say "no" to something or someone because it didn’t feel right. What did you do, and how did that decision make you feel?

5. How can you show others that your personal space and feelings are important to you?

Take your time to think about these questions and write down your responses. Every thought you share helps you understand your inner strength and how your boundaries protect you and support respectful living.
