Mood Meter Kickoff

Students will learn to recognize and label four core emotions by associating them with specific colors and will practice sharing how they feel using a classroom Mood Meter.

Building self-awareness through emotion identification helps 1st graders regulate feelings, communicate needs, and develop empathy, laying the foundation for positive social interactions.
