Emotion Toolbox Plan

Students will learn to recognize and label their emotions and apply at least two coping strategies to build a personalized “Emotion Toolbox” for self-regulation.

Many students—especially those on the autism spectrum—find big feelings overwhelming. This lesson promotes emotional awareness and equips every student with practical skills to manage stress, boosting focus and classroom well-being.

Mood Mastery Lesson Plan

Students will recognize and manage their emotions by learning coping strategies, building a personalized “Mood Toolbox,” and supporting peers, including autistic classmates.
