Students will identify common emotions and practice two self-regulation strategies—deep breathing and positive self-talk—so they can manage feelings in everyday situations.

Self-regulation builds emotional awareness, reduces classroom disruptions, and equips third graders with tools to stay focused and calm both in class and at home.
