Mirror Magic Outline
Students will use mirror-based activities to recognize and speak positive traits about themselves, practice self-affirmations aloud, and express self-awareness through drawing.
Building self-awareness and positive self-talk early supports confidence, resilience, and healthy social-emotional growth in 1st graders.
