Mirror Game Guide

Students will use handheld mirrors to identify and label four basic emotions—happy, sad, mad, scared—on themselves and their peers, building emotion vocabulary and self-awareness.

Developing emotional recognition and vocabulary at an early age fosters self-awareness, empathy, and healthy social interactions, laying a foundation for emotional well-being.
