Mindfulness Breathing Exercise Script

  1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and your hands resting on your lap.
  2. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
  3. Hold your breath for a moment, and then slowly exhale through your mouth.
  4. As you breathe out, imagine letting go of any tension or stress.
  5. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, focusing on the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body.
  6. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath.
  7. Continue this practice for a few minutes, allowing yourself to relax and be present in the moment.
