Guided Meditation Script

  1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and your hands resting on your knees.
  2. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose.
  3. Hold your breath for a moment, and then slowly exhale through your mouth.
  4. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, focusing on the sensation of your breath.
