Step 1

Step 2

Guided Art Activity

12 minutes

  • Distribute paper and colored pencils or crayons to each student.
  • Play calming music in the background.
  • Instruct students to draw a winter scene that makes them feel calm and happy.
  • Encourage them to focus on the colors, shapes, and details of their scene.

Step 3

Reflection and Sharing

5 minutes

  • Ask students to reflect on how they felt during the activity using the Mindfulness Reflection Worksheet.
