Step 1

  • Discuss how coloring can be a form of mindfulness, helping to focus the mind and reduce stress.
  • Encourage students to think about how they feel before starting the activity.

Step 2

Coloring Activity

15 minutes

  • Distribute the coloring sheets and coloring materials to each student.
  • Encourage students to focus on the patterns and colors they choose, paying attention to their breathing and the movement of their hands.
  • Play soft background music to enhance the calming atmosphere.
  • Walk around the room to provide support and encouragement.

  • Ask students to pause and take a few deep breaths as they finish their coloring.
