Step 1

- Encourage students to think about how they feel before starting the activity.
Step 2
Coloring Activity
15 minutes
- Distribute the coloring sheets and coloring materials to each student.
- Encourage students to focus on the patterns and colors they choose, paying attention to their breathing and the movement of their hands.
- Play soft background music to enhance the calming atmosphere.
- Walk around the room to provide support and encouragement.

Reflection and Sharing
5 minutes
- Ask students to pause and take a few deep breaths as they finish their coloring.
- Invite them to share their thoughts on the activity: How did it make them feel? Did they notice any changes in their mood?
- Discuss how they can use mindful coloring in their daily lives to manage stress.
