Step 1

Introduction

  • Explain that today they will learn a fun way to feel calm and strong like a tree.

  • After the video, guide students through the tree meditation again, this time without the video.
  • Encourage them to close their eyes and visualize the sun, wind, and their own strength.
  • Prompt them to sway gently and breathe deeply, feeling grounded and calm.

  • Gather students in a circle and discuss how they felt during the meditation.
  • Ask questions like: What did you imagine? How did it feel to be a tree? Did you feel calm?
  • Encourage students to share their experiences and listen to each other.
