Prep
Prepare Sound Clips

- Ensure all sound clips are easily accessible for playback.
- Review the sound clips to ensure they are appropriate for the classroom setting.
Step 1
Introduction to Soundscapes
10 minutes
- Explain what a soundscape is and its purpose.
- Discuss how soundscapes can help with mindfulness and focus.
- Play a short example of a soundscape for the class.
Step 2
Listening Activity
10 minutes
- Ask students to close their eyes and listen to the soundscape example.
- Encourage them to focus on each sound and how it makes them feel.
- Discuss their observations and feelings after listening.

Create a Class Soundscape
15 minutes
- Divide students into small groups.
