Daily Mindfulness Routine

Over five 20-minute sessions, students will practice daily mindfulness routines—learning a new technique each day and reflecting on their experiences to build self-awareness and self-management.

Regular, brief mindfulness practices help 5th graders improve focus, regulate emotions, and reduce stress—skills that support academic success and positive behavior.
