Mindful Movements

Promote relaxation and focus

This lesson introduces students to mindfulness practices combined with simple physical movements. Through gentle stretching and breathing exercises, students will learn to connect their body and mind, promoting relaxation and improving focus. Step 1

Introduction

Step 2

Breathing Exercise

  • Guide students through a simple breathing exercise.

Gentle Stretching
