Mindful Monsters

Teach mindfulness through art

In this lesson, students will create their own 'mindful monster' using art materials. Each monster will embody positive behavioral traits such as patience, listening, or kindness. Step 2

Creating Mindful Monsters

15 minutes

  • Provide each student with art supplies.
  • Instruct students to create their own 'mindful monster' that represents a positive trait (e.g., patience, kindness).
  • Encourage creativity and individuality in their designs.
  • Walk around to offer support and encouragement.

Step 3

Reflection and Sharing
