- Provide each student with art supplies.
- Instruct students to create their own 'mindful monster' that represents a positive trait (e.g., patience, kindness).
- Encourage creativity and individuality in their designs.
- Walk around to offer support and encouragement.

Reflection and Sharing
10 minutes
- Ask students to share their 'mindful monsters' with the class.
- Discuss the traits each monster represents and why they chose them.
