Guided Mindfulness Script

  1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and your hands resting on your lap.
  2. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose.
  3. Exhale slowly through your mouth.
  4. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, focusing on the sensation of your breath.
  5. Notice any thoughts that come to mind, and gently bring your focus back to your breath.
  6. Feel the rise and fall of your chest with each breath.
  7. Continue this practice for several minutes, allowing yourself to relax and be present in the moment.
