Guided Meditation Script

  1. Find a Comfortable Position: Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and your hands resting on your knees.
  2. Close Your Eyes: Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth.
  3. Focus on Your Breathing: Pay attention to your breath as it flows in and out. Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
  4. Body Awareness: Starting from the top of your head, slowly scan down your body, noticing any tension or relaxation.
  5. Return to Breathing: If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breathing.
  6. End the Session: After a few minutes, slowly bring your awareness back to the room and open your eyes when you're ready.
