Guided Meditation Script

  1. Sit comfortably and either close your eyes or focus on a neutral point in the room.
  2. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly let it out through your mouth.
  3. Imagine a place where you feel completely relaxed and safe.
  4. Visualize this place in your mind, noticing the sounds, smells, and sights around you.
  5. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath.
  6. Continue to breathe deeply and imagine this peaceful place for a few moments.
  7. Take another deep breath, and slowly open your eyes.

Mindful Breathing Exercise

  1. Sit up straight and place your hands on your lap.
  2. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
  3. Hold the breath for a count of three.
  4. Slowly exhale through your mouth, letting all the air out.
  5. Repeat this process three times, focusing on the feel of the breath moving in and out of your body.
  6. Notice how your body feels after each breath, and try to keep your mind focused on the breathing.
