Mindful Moments Lesson Plan
Students will engage in four brief, guided mindfulness exercises—bell breaths, a body scan, emotion journaling, and gratitude reflection—to build self-management and self-awareness skills, reduce stress, and sharpen focus in just 15 minutes.
Short, targeted mindfulness routines help students regulate emotions and increase focus before challenging tasks, supporting CASEL competencies and improving readiness to learn.
