Students will engage in a 10-minute daily mindfulness routine—stretching, focused breathing, and reflection—to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and concentration.

Regular short mindfulness practice helps young learners calm their minds, improve focus, and develop healthy emotional-regulation skills, setting them up for academic and social success.
