Introduction

2 minutes

  • Greet the student and explain the session’s goal: exploring how hygiene affects mood and confidence.
  • Emphasize that honest reflection helps build healthier routines.

Step 2

Reflection on Hygiene Habits

5 minutes

  • Ask the student to list their daily hygiene tasks (e.g., brushing teeth, washing hands, showering).
  • Using the journal, prompt: “How do you feel before and after completing each habit?”
  • Encourage descriptive words for feelings (e.g., fresh, proud, calm).

Discuss Mood and Confidence

  • Review the student’s notes and highlight patterns in mood changes.
