Guided Breathing Exercise

  • Play a nature soundscape (e.g., ocean waves, forest sounds) on an audio device.
  • Guide students through a breathing exercise:
    • Inhale slowly through the nose for a count of four.
    • Hold the breath for a count of four.
    • Exhale slowly through the mouth for a count of four.
    • Repeat for several cycles, encouraging students to focus on the sounds.
