  • After the video, allow a moment for students to reflect silently.

Body Awareness Activity

15 mins

  • Organize students into small groups.
  • Provide each group with a set of body awareness prompts (e.g., "Notice the weight of your body on the ground," "Feel the air on your skin").
  • Have students take turns leading the group through these prompts, encouraging them to share their observations.

Discussion

  • Facilitate a discussion using prepared questions to explore students' experiences during the meditation and activity.
