Mandala Creation Activity

Objective:
Students will create their own mandalas to practice mindfulness and express their emotions through art.

Materials Needed:

Instructions:

  1. Introduction to Mandalas (5 minutes):

    • Explain what a mandala is: a geometric configuration of symbols often used in spiritual traditions as a tool for meditation and self-expression.
