Worksheet

Time Management Strategies

Students will use this worksheet to explore various time management techniques and reflect on their own time management habits.

Describe the Pomodoro Technique and how you can apply it to your study routine.

The Pomodoro Technique involves working for a fixed amount of time (e.g., 25 minutes) and then taking a short break (e.g., 5 minutes).

Explain what time blocking is and create a sample schedule for one of your school days.

Time blocking involves dividing your day into blocks of time, each dedicated to a specific task or group of tasks.

List three tasks you need to prioritize this week and explain why they are important.

Prioritizing tasks can involve assessing their deadlines, importance, and your own goals.

Reflect on your current time management habits: What is working well for you and what needs improvement?

Consider both your academic and personal activities when reflecting on your habits.
