Lunch Bunch Connect Lesson Plan

In this 30-minute small-group SEL lesson, students will learn to initiate and sustain positive lunchtime conversations, recognize social cues, and build peer connections through guided practice and reflection.

Lunch is an unstructured time where some students feel isolated. This lesson equips 6th graders with simple conversational tools and peer support strategies to boost confidence, belonging, and social skills.
