Kindness Journal Journey

Promote self-awareness and empathy

In this lesson, students will maintain a Kindness Journal for a month, documenting their kind acts and reflecting on how these actions affect themselves and others. This activity is designed to promote self-awareness and empathy among middle school students. Step 1
