Students will learn to break down assignments into manageable “chunks” and create visual checklists to initiate tasks independently, aiming to increase on-time work starts and reduce avoidance.

Many students struggle to begin assignments due to overwhelming tasks. By teaching chunking and checklists, we build executive-function skills that boost confidence, independence, and timely task starts.
