Lesson Plan

Impulse Control Quest

Students will learn what impulse control is and practice strategies for self-regulation through discussion, role-play, and a reflective exit ticket.

Helping 4th graders develop impulse control boosts their decision-making, classroom behavior, and peer relationships by teaching them to pause and choose thoughtful actions.
