Step 2

Structured Goal Setting

10 minutes

  • Have the students complete the Goal Setting Worksheet to articulate clear, achievable goals.
  • Guide them through identifying one or two key aspirations and mapping out steps to achieve them.
  • Walk around and offer individual support as needed.

Step 3

Personal Commitment Reflection

5 minutes

  • Conclude by using the Personal Commitment Reflection exercise.
  • Ask students to write a short pledge on how they will work towards their stated goals, reinforcing accountability and motivation.
