Slide Deck

Hygiene Habits: Super You!

What does 'hygiene' mean to you?
Why is it important?

Welcome students and introduce the topic of hygiene. Ask them to think about what hygiene means to them.

More Than Just Clean!

Hygiene is about keeping our bodies healthy!
It helps our amazing body systems do their jobs.

Explain that hygiene isn't just about smelling good; it's about keeping our bodies healthy, inside and out. Introduce the idea that our body systems work better when we practice good hygiene.

Be a Hygiene Superhero!

How do your hygiene habits make you a superhero for your body?
Let's explore with an activity!

Introduce the "Hygiene Superheroes Activity" and explain that students will be thinking about how different hygiene actions help different body systems. Mention the Immune System (fighting germs), Integumentary System (skin protection), and Digestive System (clean hands before eating).

You're a Health Champion!

Good hygiene = A super healthy you!
Keep up the great work!

Conclude by reiterating the main message and encouraging students to always be hygiene superheroes.
