Hygiene Habits: Level Up!

Take control of your health and confidence!

  • Feel Confident: Boost your self-esteem.
  • Social Comfort: Feel good interacting with others.
  • Freshness Factor: Keep body odor in check.

Daily Habits, Big Impact

Small actions every day add up to big results for your health and well-being.

Briefly introduce the concept that hygiene isn't just one thing, but a collection of habits. Transition into discussing specific daily practices.

  • How: Soap + water for at least 20 seconds! (Sing "Happy Birthday" twice!)

Focus on handwashing. Emphasize when to wash hands (before eating, after bathroom, after coughing/sneezing) and how to wash them effectively (20 seconds with soap and water).

Shower Power & Freshness

  • Daily Showers: Wash away sweat, dirt, and oil.
  • Use Soap! Pay attention to underarms, feet, and groin area.

Smile Bright!

Oral Care

  • Brush: Twice a day for 2 minutes.
  • Floss: Daily to remove food and plaque.
  • Regular Check-ups: See your dentist!

Cover oral hygiene. Emphasize brushing twice a day for two minutes and flossing. Briefly mention regular dental check-ups.

Clean Clothes, Clean You

  • Wear clean clothes daily! Especially undergarments and socks.
  • Keep your living space tidy (bedroom, backpack, locker).

Talk about clean clothes and general appearance. Connect it to feeling good and making a good impression. Mention regularly washing clothes.

You've Got This!
