Lesson Plan

Calm Under Pressure Plan

Students will explore and practice at least three self-management strategies for staying calm under pressure through interactive role-play, personal reflection, and breathing exercises.

Teaching self-management equips students with tools to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and foster resilience. These skills improve classroom focus, peer relationships, and lifelong coping abilities.
