Students will explore and practice CASEL’s self-management strategies to identify pressure triggers, apply calming techniques in scenarios, and create personalized calm-down plans.

Teaching emotion regulation builds students’ capacity to handle stress, enhances classroom focus, and promotes well-being by equipping them with lifelong self-management tools.
